Solution:
We met with the doctor, evaluated his needs and came up with ideas for the tracking tool. We presented a template for a printed journal that he and his team could customize as they wished. The doctor met with our creative services team and explained all of the information that the patient would have to record in the journal.

Our designer turned the doctor’s specs into a journal with an intuitive and clear layout that would be easy for patients to use each day. The final printed journal is a beautifully designed booklet with tabs in three languages.

The Result:
Patients find it simple to log specific moments and personal information. This helps the hospital monitor its patients more closely, and makes the patients’ office visits more productive!
